1. The service

Recall Cards ("the Service") is a post-game analysis tool for League of Legends. With your Riot ID or Riot Sign-On authorization, it retrieves your match data from the official Riot Games API and generates a plain-language, grounded analysis of your individual performance to help you improve.

2. Not affiliated with Riot Games

Recall Cards isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. League of Legends and Riot Games are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. We use the Riot Games API under the Riot Developer Terms of Service.

3. Eligibility

You must (a) be old enough to hold a Riot account and meet Riot's eligibility requirements, (b) be at least [13 / the digital-consent age in your jurisdiction], and (c) comply with Riot's Terms of Service when using anything connected to your Riot account. You're responsible for your use of the Service.

4. What the Service is — and isn't

The analysis is informational coaching to help you understand your own games. It is grounded in real match data and is designed never to fabricate statistics.
It is not a guarantee of rank improvement, not professional advice, and not a tool to evaluate, harass, or target other players. The Service analyzes your performance and the context of your games; it is built for self-improvement, not for blaming or flaming others.
We do not automate gameplay, modify game files, or interact with the live game in any way. The Service only analyzes completed match history retrieved from the Riot API. Any use of the Service to violate Riot's Terms is prohibited.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to violate Riot's Terms or any law; (b) attempt to access data that isn't yours except as the Service permits; (c) scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service's outputs or the underlying API data except as allowed; (d) reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service; (e) use the Service to harass or target other players.

6. Accounts and Riot Sign-On

If you sign in via Riot Sign-On (RSO), you authorize us to access the Riot account data described in our Privacy Policy. We never receive your Riot password. You can revoke authorization at any time via your Riot account. You're responsible for activity under your account with us.

7. Subscriptions and payments

The everyday read is offered $5 per month. Certain advanced/deep analyses may be offered per-use.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime, effective the end of the current billing period.

8. Intellectual property

We own the Service, its software, design, and original content (excluding Riot-owned assets and your data). Your match data and account data remain associated with you. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that the analysis is error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted. The Service depends on the Riot Games API and third-party providers and may be affected by their availability or changes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparkTank Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. [Legal review — limits vary by jurisdiction.]

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or Riot's Terms, or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll post the new version and update the date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [Dispute resolution / venue — legal review.]
